For decades the Plasencia family, guided by Nestor Plasencia, has been among the largest growers of premium cigar tobacco in Central America and a premier cigar manufacturer for well known brands.  In 2016 the Plasencia family started producing cigars under their own name brand and changed the premium cigar world forever.  The creativity, quality and uniqueness of Plasencia Cigars lines is pushing the known limits of the premium cigar industry and benefiting consumers and tobacconists worldwide.

The Plasencia Reserva Original line is an all  organic Nicaraguan puro; all of the components of this cigar come from Esteli and Jalapa.  The tobaccos have been curated by the Plasencia family and aged five years past their fermentation.  In addition, all the crops used in these cigars have been certified by the Organic Crop Improvement Association, making this the world's first certified organic cigar line. 

Plasencia Reserva Original cigars are a solid medium body with warm nutty and woody notes.  It's interesting to note that this is most likely the way indigenous peoples grew tobacco hundreds of years ago, making these cigars the closest in flavor profiles to ancient tobaccos: allowing us to smoke and taste history with our ancestors.
