The PG Gourmet Series III Bombones Extra is a large cigar in a small cigar's body.  This line extension marks the 30th anniversary of PG Cigars.  The cigar is surprisingly chocolatey, sweet, smooth, complex and less powerful than others in the PG line.

This is an experimental brand/blend that was an antecedent to R&D Cigars.  We literally found it by accident and decided to include it in this bundle to make the offering extra interesting.  Every component in the blend is quintessentially Central American but specifics are not disclosed.  The concept of the brand was to illustrate and represent fundamental flavors and concepts involved with premium cigar making.  In the case of this cigar, it has aged beautifully and become more complex after 11+ years of aging.

This rustically beautiful La Flor Dominicana Ligero L-250 Cabinet Oscuro Natural is a time machine of flavor (taste+aroma).  They start bold and spicy and transition after the first 1/3 into a fuller but more mellow flavor profile. The second third gets sweeter, richer and more complex while the last third is absolutely sublime, distinctive and memorable. These cigars have been meticulously cared for in our humidors since their arrival in 2007 and aged perfectly - we just cracked the box to test them in 2024.  Another unicorn product that you will probably never see again!  It is full bodied, elegant, sweet and uniquely flavored - from LFD's golden age of experimental and innovative cigar making. 

Arturo Fuente Hemingway Work Of Art - 4.875"x46/60rg - Perfecto (x2)

Arturo Fuente is a vertically integrated multi-generational family farming and cigar making bohemoth which manages to create premium cigars with boutique and artisanal qualities.  The Hemingway line was created by the Fuente family in the 1980s and it single handedly revived the Perfecto vitola in the premium cigar industry.  Artisanal shapes were becoming unpopular and too difficult to produce at the time but the Fuente's saw things differently; they created these special sizes as a celebration of the craftsmanship required to make great premium cigars.  The Work Of Art is exactly what the name says: it is gorgeous to behold, handle, taste and smell!
